About the author
CHUBAE is the creative director of SPNVISUALZ, an independent motion design and visual identity studio based in Oslo, Norway. The studio designs logos, animated marks, intros, motion loops and brand visual systems for artists, brands and events, and builds premium websites as a dedicated service.
Work is produced directly rather than routed through subcontractors, which is what keeps the visual language consistent from one project to the next.
What is written here
Every article in the Visual Lab is written from the studio's own project work — what a particular identity required, how a motion loop earns attention, and what actually separates a brand that reads as expensive from one that does not. Nothing is syndicated or generated on the studio's behalf.
The case studies document real SPNVISUALZ projects and describe only what the studio itself designed and delivered.
