Who you are buying from

SPNVISUALZ is a motion design and visual identity studio in Oslo, Norway, led by creative director CHUBAE. Questions about an order, a withdrawal or a complaint go to [email protected]. Please include your order reference from the confirmation email.

What you are buying

Creative services delivered as digital files: logo design, animated logos, intro visuals, motion loops, social and brand visuals, and bundles of these, as described on the pricing section at the time you order. Website packages are described on the website services page. Custom projects are quoted individually and are not bought through the basket.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The total shown in the secure checkout is the amount you pay. Payment is taken in full when you order and is processed by Stripe; SPNVISUALZ never sees your card details.

Express delivery costs 40% of the services it applies to. It does not apply to website packages.

Your brief and when work starts

You describe your project in the checkout. Production begins after payment. CHUBAE reads every brief before work starts, usually within one working day. If something in it is unclear, you will hear from us before work begins. If we cannot deliver what the brief asks for, we tell you and refund the full amount.

Delivery and revisions

The first version of a service arrives within 3–5 working days on standard delivery, or 24–48 hours with Express, counted from when the brief is confirmed. Website packages follow a timeline agreed with you for the project.

Reply with what you want changed. Revisions are part of the price. Final files are delivered digitally in the formats your package covers.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of ordering, under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven).

Because the work is made for you, the checkout asks you to request that we start straight away, and to confirm that you understand how this affects your right of withdrawal:

• If you withdraw before the work is fully delivered, you get your money back minus a fair amount for the work already done.
• Once the work has been fully delivered within the 14 days, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

To withdraw, email [email protected] with your order reference and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. We will send you the standard withdrawal form (angreskjema) on request; using it is optional. We refund within 14 days of receiving your message, to the payment method you used.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. It does not apply to purchases made for a business.

If something is wrong

If what you receive does not match what you ordered, tell us within a reasonable time after you notice. We will put it right first. If we cannot, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund under Norwegian consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If we cannot agree, consumers can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for guidance and bring a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
