This page explains what the site stores, what optional measurement and advertising tools may do, and how you can change your choice at any time.

Consent categories

Necessary

These functions keep your privacy choice and basic experience working. The site stores your consent selection in local storage and may use session storage to avoid replaying short visual introductions. Necessary functions cannot be switched off through the site preference panel.

Analytics

If you choose Analytics and a valid Google Analytics 4 measurement ID has been configured, the site may measure visits, pages, traffic sources, device category, approximate country, engagement and selected interactions. This helps SPNVISUALZ understand which work and content visitors find useful.

Advertising

If advertising is activated later, eligible Visual Lab pages may contain restrained Google AdSense placements. Advertising storage and personalised advertising signals remain denied unless you make the relevant choice through an appropriate consent flow. Portfolio, service selection and ordering areas are designed to remain ad-free.

Information that may be processed

  • Technical information such as browser, device category, screen size and approximate location.
  • Visit information such as referral source, viewed pages, engagement time and interactions with projects, services or contact links.
  • Information you intentionally send by email or through the project enquiry process.

SPNVISUALZ does not ask this website to collect special-category personal data. Please do not include sensitive information in an initial project enquiry.

Providers and transfers

The website is delivered through GitHub Pages. Optional analytics and advertising services may be provided by Google after configuration and the required consent. Those providers can process data under their own terms and may use infrastructure outside Norway or the EEA with applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention for optional services is controlled through their account settings. SPNVISUALZ will choose proportionate settings and remove data that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.

Your rights

Depending on the situation, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and receive portable data. You may also complain to Norway’s data protection authority, Datatilsynet.

Withdrawing consent does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful. Use the button below to change future choices on this browser.

Advertising transparency

SPNVISUALZ prioritises brand experience and service conversion over advertising. Ads, when activated, are limited to clearly separated editorial positions in Visual Lab content. They will not cover artwork, sit beside order controls or interrupt the main portfolio experience.
